Application for Doctors to Assist in the Conduct for Acute Pancreatitis
This application was developed by the Acute Pancreatitis Study Group of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia School of Medicine of São Paulo, with the objective of making the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of acute pancreatitis easier, accessible and standardized, avoiding complications of the disease.
The information contained in these applications was based on the conduct adopted in the Santa Casa de São Paulo Central Emergency Room for Acute Pancreatitis, available in the book “Acute Pancreatitis” by Tercio de Campos and Samir Rassian and the most current Guideline (2013) of the American College of Gastroenterology for conduct in acute pancreatitis.
