Step-by-step guide to buying matchday programmes via this app:

1) Each time you open the NCFC matchday app, the current or most recent programme will be displayed on the home screen. By tapping on the programme you will be prompted to either login or to view the purchasing options.

If you choose to purchase either the single programme or a season pass bundle, you will be directed to a checkout page powered by STRIPE, a safe online transactions platform.

2) Once you’ve input your payment details and the transaction is complete, you’ll receive an on-screen notification. You will then receive an email with your new log in details, which will consist of your email address and a unique password.

You will also receive a separate email receipt for the payment.

3) Now you simply need to pop your login details in to the app to view the programme. You only need to do this once – the system will remember you when you next open the app.
