Note: I had developed this app in 2014 for my personal use and since then lots of new Phones and Android Versions has come whose Notification works in different way; so now not all the Phone supports this. Sorry to let you guys down; but to fix I need to work from scratch again in my spare time since the code doesn't load in IDE correctly. It works great for older Phones and older version of Android.
