For the following active ingredients and dosage forms, the Hexal Opioid-Rechner can calculate an equivalent dosage:

• BUPRENORPHIN (TTS)

• BUPRENORPHIN (subcutaneous, intravenous)

• Fentanyl (TTS)

• Hydromorphone (retard tablets & retard capsules)
