In case you didn't pull the top tier characters from the Gacha in Stellar Traveler, you can choose to reroll your account and try again. Do note that this will erase the data in your previous account and require around 10 mins to complete the tutorial again.

Following the above steps will delete your account, letting you log in to a new account. It is recommended that you don't bind your account till you've completed rerolling.
