The Phoenix Rod is the better of the two purchasable rods from the Ancient Isle update in Fisch. Although finding it requires some careful exploration, it's absolutely worth the effort, especially compared to the underwhelming Stone Rod. To start your journey, head to the Ancient Isle and go to the waterfall in the center of the largest island. From the waterfall, cross over to the Meteoriticist NPC, and climb the cliffs behind him.
